    No validation or activation is required on this journey.

    • An Italo high-speed ticket does not need to be validated or checked in before you board.
    • This is different from Italian regional tickets, which do have to be validated before boarding.
    • Some stations may check your ticket before letting you through to the platform.
  6. During the ride
